終於等到了！經典日劇「小孤島大醫生」的電影版「孤島診療所2022」將在4月19日於全台隆重上映。
該劇改編自知名漫畫「離島大夫日誌」（Dr.コトー診療所），描述醫生在離島行醫的故事。之後在2022年推出電影版，集結原劇演員傾力演出，票房賣破24.4億日幣。
原劇的主題曲，是中島美雪演唱的「銀の龍の背に乗って」（騎乘在銀龍背上），此次電影版也繼續沿用。歌名中提到的「銀龍」，其含意眾說紛紜。據中島美雪表示，歌中的「銀色」指的是手術刀的顏色。
范瑋琪的「最初的夢想」其實就是翻唱自中島美雪的這首歌曲。2020年，日本歌姬米希亞（MISIA）參加中國歌唱實境秀「歌手」，唱了中日雙語版的「銀の龍の背に乗って」，中國觀眾這才知道，這首從小聽到大的歌曲，原來是改編自日文歌。
The movie version of the Japanese TV drama "Doctor Kotoo's clinic / Dr.コトー診療所" will be released in Taiwan on April 19.
The movie and drama is adpated from a well-knwon comic, which depicts the story of a doctor practcing medicine on a outlying island. The movie verison was released in 2022, bring together the actors from the original drama. The movie had grossed over 2.44 billion Japanese yen in Japan.
The theme song of the movie/drama is "A Ride On The Gentle Luminous Dragon / 銀の龍の背に乗って" sung by Miyuki Nakajima. There are many intepretations about the "luminous dragon" mentoned in the song. According to Nakajima, the luminous color refers to the color of the scalpel.
The song has a Chinese cover "Initial dream / 最初的夢想" sung by Christine Fan (范瑋琪). In 2020, Japanese diva MISIA appeared in the Chinese TV show "Singer". She performed the song in Japanese and Chinese. Since then the Chinese audiences learned that the song was originally a Japanese song.
