臺南一中校友管樂團於2024年演奏「銀の龍の背に乗って」一曲。
日本首屈一指的管樂團「東京佼成管樂團」日前來台參加「桃園管樂嘉年華」，未料遇上雨神搗亂，整場表演被迫淋雨演出，經媒體報導後引發各界議論。
該樂團於1960年成立，是享譽海內外的專業管樂團。為普及管樂欣賞，他們積極舉辦音樂會並錄製唱片。該團也長年為「全日本吹奏樂大賽」錄製指定曲的示範CD。
該團演奏的曲目不限於古典音樂，也會改編流行歌曲。例如2008年錄製的唱片「In Suisougaku 」，曲目就是改編自日劇主題曲，其中就包含中島美雪演唱的「銀の龍の背に乗って」。
這首歌曲因為作為日劇「小孤島大醫生」的主題曲而廣為人知，之後被范瑋琪翻唱為「最初的夢想」，在華人地區風行一時。不過後來發現台灣的管樂團在十幾年前就會演奏這首歌，或許也是受到「東京佼成管樂團」的影響。如此一來，中島美雪的歌曲，不僅僅只是翻唱那麼簡單，也透過其他層面，滲透到我們的日常生活中了。
今年下半年，「東京佼成管樂團」還會在台北和高雄進行七場不同主題的演出，愛樂者不容錯過。
Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra (東京佼成ウインドオーケストラ), the leading wind band in Japan, recently performed in "Taoyuan Band Festival" in Taiwan. However, due to the bad weather, they had to perform entirely in the rain, a situation that aroused a wide criticism.
The band was founded in 1960, a renowned professional wind band both domestically and internationally. They hold concerts and record albums to promote wind music appreciation. They also record demo CDs of designated songs for All-Japan Band Competition (全日本吹奏楽コンクール).
The music they performed is not limited to classical music, popular songs also included. For example, the tracks of 2008's album "In Suisougaku" are all from theme songs of TV drama, including the song "A Ride On The Gentle Luminous Dragon / 銀の龍の背に乗って" sung by Miyuki Nakajima.
The song is famous for being used as the theme song for TV drama "Dr. Koto's Clinic" (Dr.コトー診療所). The Chinese cover sung by Christine Fan is also popular in the Chinese world. However, I also noticed that Taiwanese wind bands had been performing this song for over a decade. Maybe it's influenced by Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra. It seems that Nakajima's music influence our daily life on every level, not just through covers.
In the latter half of the year, Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra will hold seven concerts with various themes in Taipei and Kaohsiung, which the music lovers shouldn't miss.
