Yamaha（山葉音樂）日前宣佈，為因應市場改變和公司資源重新配置，將逐步在台灣地區停售家用音響產品。至於專業音響、樂器和音樂教育則不受影響。Yamaha先前在一月也宣佈退出馬來西亞的家用音響市場。
Yamaha是日本樂器巨擘，也是重要的家用音響廠商，中島美雪所屬的唱片公司也是其子公司。根據了解，Yamaha的家用音響在退出台灣後，會繼續在日本、中國、北美、歐洲、澳洲等地銷售。
Yamaha的音響產品主要在馬來西亞生產，少部份在日本製造。
Yamaha recently announced that they will stop selling home audio products in Taiwan due to market changes and company resource rearrangement. The professional audio products, instruments and music education are not affected. Yamaha home audio also exited Malaysia in January.
Yamaha is the leading musical instrument and home audio manufacturer in Japan. Miyuki Nakajima's record company is also its subsidiary. After Yamaha home audio exits Taiwan, they will still sell their products in Japan, China, North America, Europe and Australia.
